Business processes are increasingly becoming digital with little or no use of paper documents. This raises new requirements for information management and security, in particular in a global setting.

The motivation for our research in this area is the need for independent, trusted roles to enable trust and security in digital business processes, with a particular view towards roles that can be candidates for future services from DNV.
